From the atmosphere, to the service, to the FOOD. Lazy Betty gets 5 stars, 10/10, and a 'will be back again' from me! Every dish was so eloquently presented, constructed, and served. Really, truly, such an artful experience. Dinning at places like Lazy Betty are what life is all about. As my friend beautifully put it- "There is a reason why they have a Michelin Star".

I came to Lazy Betty for Mother's Day and absolutely loved my experience. Finding the location can be a bit challenging as the restaurant is located inside of a hotel. When making reservations however, you are provided with very detailed instructions on how to locate the restaurant. We arrived on time and were immediately sat. Service consists of one main server while other staff may present and explain dishes. We had the 7 course tasting menu which was amazing. Each course was exciting and complex and was a wonderful experience during my first tasting menu. I would definitely recommend Lazy Betty for special occasions, as the price is quite high, but well worth it for the experience. Beautiful decor, with an almost tropical yet tasteful atmosphere. I look forward to revisiting as new menus are presented.

Wow!! I finally got my masters degree and needed to celebrate. Lazy Betty was here to take my whole slightly drunk and extroverted persona. As someone who's no stranger to Michelin starred restaurants Lazy Betty is absolutely at the TOP of the spectrum. Every bite I had was legendary. The standout for me was the fois gras terrine with beats. Brought me back to my grandmothers Eastern European kitchen in the best way possible. Did I mention the service is impeccable?!!! Seriously the most pampered I have ever been at a Michelin starred restaurant. Photos speak for themselves Come here. It is the BEST!! if I was a Michelin rater I'd give them 2 stars. Better than 2 star experiences I've had in NYC. Love lazy Betty.

This year I have an ambitious goal to eat at all 45 of the Michelin Guide recommended restaurants in Atlanta. I'm happy to say that I started here. I made a solo dinner reservation for my birthday this weekend, eating here on Friday. I've been to more than a few Michelin-starred restaurants around the globe, so my expectations were realistic but quite high. Lazy Betty exceeded them for sure. I got to sit at the kitchen because of my party size, so I could watch the chefs do what they do (and pretend I'm in The Bear as I discussed with one of them) while savoring their work. I thought the bag hooks at the bar seats were a nice touch. I ordered a glass of rosé Robert Sinskey pinot noir and it was wonderful, very fitting to my tastes. Every course was incredible and delicious. I got the additional scallops, and WHAT a choice. I told the Chef de Cuisine they were life-changing scallops. I also loved the writing on the second dessert celebrating my special day! I'm so excited for this great restaurant to be down the road from me in Midtown. I spoke with the maitre'd about their opening day and might stop by to try their new bar menu if I'm around.

As good as advertised and well deserving of their Michelin star. The restaurant atmosphere and ambiance with it's dim lighting really helps set the mood for what you're in for. Every detail is accounted for when it comes to each course you are presented with. Flavorful and full of quality. You really get the most out of each bite even if the portions aren't the biggest, by the end of the night you'll definitely be leaving satisfied. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time for a good slot, but it's well worth the hefty price tag at the end of the night.

Fabulous, yet again. Visited Lazy Betty for the second time just a few evenings before they received their first Michelin Star. They were on my short list from the beginning of the announcement that Michelin Guide would *finally* be joining us in atlanta. Congrats to the team, it's well deserved. Enjoyed every course of 7, added the supplemental Lazy Betty Reserve Caviar service, which was perfect - those scallion pancakes! - and the Beluga Gold Line vodka, which makes me forget even water exists it's so good. The truffle risotto addition also did not disappoint. The service is top notch, obviously, but the staff is also endearing and thoughtful, just as my last visit. At one point my Prada bag slipped off the back of my seat (I vote every restaurant have closed back chairs but that's a separate issue lol) and someone kindly realized it, scooped it up, and returned a moment later with a table for it so it wouldn't happen again. Again, the reason to dine at this level. I think last time they sent us home with a treat for later - and if that happened this time I was either too tipsy from all the things, or I forgot them, and still regret it. But no love lost. A fabulous meal.

I dined at Lazy Betty on a Sunday night, so I tried the 4-course menu and added a supplemental truffle risotto dish. Overall, I had an enjoyable dining experience, and I'd be excited to visit again and try all 7 courses. I thoroughly enjoyed almost all courses, but I felt like the lamb dish was a bit disappointing -- maybe even a little gross -- I didn't love that it was a lamb loin mixed with a lamb sausage and the flavor just wasn't that good. The other dishes, however, were great -- flavorful and well-balanced. The supplemental truffle risotto course was a bit pricey, but it was definitely worth it; the best truffle dish and best risotto that I've ever had. The service was friendly and attentive starting at the door and throughout our dinner. The servers bringing out food varied quite a bit and their energies and ability to clearly articulate the dishes varied quite a bit, but I didn't really mind. The space is clean and decently decorated -- they have colored LED lights underneath the bar that gave off college dorm vibes especially coupled with the portal AC unit beside it. However, I liked that it's an open kitchen concept.

One of the better fine dining places I've been to and I thought it was a great place to celebrate a late birthday dinner. The interior is super cool and the service was great too! We opted for the four course menu and I thought it was plenty for the food. I enjoyed everything, but my standouts were the duck main course and the sponge cake. All of the pieces for the duck was good and meshed well together, especially the foie gras! I think Lazy Betty is a strong contender for a Michelin star in Atlanta, and can't wait to see if it gets one in a month!
